About Course

Engineers play a critical role in shaping Bhutan’s infrastructure and development. But with that responsibility comes a challenge—ensuring that every project is carried out with integrity and transparency. Unfortunately, engineering projects around the world, and here in Bhutan, have not always been immune to corruption. From falsified documents to inflated project costs, engineers have been at the center of embezzlement schemes that drain resources and undermine progress.

At DrukLearning, we’re introducing a Compliance Training for Engineers in Bhutan that addresses this issue head-on. Drawing from real-life cases in Bhutan, historical records from the Court of Bhutan, and data from the Anti-Corruption Commission, this course is designed to empower engineers with the tools they need to avoid the traps of corruption and create a transparent future.
