About Course

Mental health in the workplace isn’t just a buzzword—it’s essential for creating a productive and supportive work environment. Managing mental health at work is about more than just meeting deadlines or getting the job done. It’s about recognizing that our well-being matters just as much as the policies we implement or the services we provide. This course is designed to help civil servants understand, address, and support mental health in the workplace. You’ll learn how to spot the early signs of mental health struggles, reduce stigma, manage stress, and create a work culture where mental well-being is prioritized. And we’ll do all this while staying true to Bhutan’s unique culture practice of mindfulness and GNH.
