What I will learn?

  • The course will introduce learners to key concepts of evaluation and its application in public policies. Learners will be introduced to the concepts and models of evaluation, developing theory of change, evaluation design choices viz., experimental, quasi-experimental and non-experimental methods for evaluation public programs and interventions.
  • By the end of the program, the participants will be able to develop theory of change, design evaluation study, and critically interpret evaluation findings.
  • The course will provide hands on data exercise using R which is an open source programming language optimized for statistical analysis.
